At Jessica Wat, we are committed to providing our customers with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This Shipping and Returns Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, delivery, and product returns or exchanges. By placing an order through jessicawat.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification acknowledging that we have received your purchase.

After processing, we will send you another email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please ensure that your email address is correct at checkout to receive updates about your order status.

If there are delays due to stock issues, verification requirements, or shipping restrictions, our customer service team will contact you promptly.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship worldwide and partner with reputable couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout, depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that these are only estimates. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, Jessica Wat is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by third-party carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by customers.


3. Shipping Costs and Customs Duties

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, chosen shipping method, and the total weight of your order.

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts.

Failure to pay customs fees or refusal to accept the shipment may result in the order being returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.


4. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Please make sure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if the package is unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the courier directly. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for packages marked as “delivered.”


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check your shipment’s progress on the courier’s website.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.


6. Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Jessica Wat. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at contactdesk@jessicawat.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The return must include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.


7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Jessica Wat is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

If a return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email once we receive and inspect your item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.


8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us first at contactdesk@jessicawat.com to confirm availability. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value.

Once your exchange item is received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped to you, and you will be notified via email.


9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing contactdesk@jessicawat.com. Include photos of the product and packaging for verification.

Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


10. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

11. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first before contacting us.
